Payment

A 50% downpayment (non-refundable) is required to start the design process.

A Service Agreement & an Initial Invoice will be sent to you after the Strategy Proposal & Creative Direction is approved.

YOUR JOURNEY

HOW TO WORK WITH US

01.

PRE-QUALIFYING FORM

Please fill out the Client Pre-qualifying form as detailed as you can. This will give us an idea about where you are in your Brand's journey, where you want to be, & how we can support you to reach there.

02.

DISCOVERY & STRATEGY CALL

Once we have reviewed your application, we will send you an invite to book a call with us. In this call, we will propose a strategy & explain the rationale behind the creative direction we're going to take. You can provide us with your insights & feedback so we will have a better view of your vision.

03.

SERVICE AGREEMENT & PAYMENT

Once we get your approval on the Strategy & the Creative Direction, we will send you a Service Agreement to sign, to make sure that the interest of both parties (you, the business owner and Alexa Designs Co, the service provider). A downpayment of 50% (non-refundable) is also required to start the design process.

DESIGN PHASE

We will begin designing a Brand Identity based on the approved Brand Strategy & Creative Direction. This Phase takes the longest so we ask for your patience. We will of course keep you posted on the progress through your Client Dashboard & your preferred communication channel.

05.

FEEDBACK & REFINEMENT

We will present to you your new Brand Identity. We are open to discuss any insights or feedback you may have for revision & refinement. You will be allowed 2 major revisions (new concept not included). Additional revisions may have additional charges which will reflect on your final invoice. We will repeat this process until we achieve a Brand Identity that truly resonates with you & what your Brand stands for.

TURNOVER

We will compile your Brand Assets in a Google Drive & provide you with the access once the Final Invoice is settled. A link will be available in your Client Dashboard. We will send you an e-mail to notify you.

OFFBOARDING

We would like to invite you to a call to answer any questions you may have about your new Brand Assets, how to apply them, and to address any support you may need from us, before we officially conclude our partnership.
